Minding My Own Business
When I choose to...
- Avoid entanglement in other people's drama
- Not participate in gossip or entertain talk about anyone other than those physically present in a conversation
- Feel inspired by instead of threatened by someone else doing something cool
- Only think about what I'm doing right now (typing, thinking, drinking sparkling water on a Monday afternoon
- Pause when agitated and take three deep breaths
. . . I am far less frazzled, more peaceful and more present. And it's been a wonderful day!
