Carla dear - so good to hear the present tense experience of your life. Contentment, appreciation, openness and contemplation. Yes our lives are packed and filled with exquisite delight and incredible anguish as we Wake Up. I just finished listening to John O'Donohue's book BEAUTY on tape.
His voice is so soothing. Think about treating yourself to this gift.
I love YOU.

Carla you are living in the Powerful Now. It is so filled with exquisite delight and anguish. I just finished listening to John O 'Donohue's book BEAUTY on tape. His Irish lilting voice and poetic phrases might be a treat for your soul. Think about this gift to your sweet self. Know I am with you.
