I show up to the blank page, unsure what to write.
So I sit still. Listen to the tap-tap-tap of other writers sitting around Mabel's living room. Occasionally I make a few taps of my own. The trick is to stick with it. It's not for me to force the creative process. The act of showing up and staying put even when nothing happens is more than enough. I believe it reinforces my openness and willingness and commitment (muscles that always can use strengthening).
Another hour until lunch. Another hour of being present and available to my writing, whether it winds up being "productive" or not!
